To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on March 20, 2026.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
New Features & Enhancements:
Optimized response speed on the Shipment history and Tracking pages for faster query performance.
Added support to recreate a shipment with the same ExternalID after cancellation.
Added related information such as linked addresses and operation logs in Brand Cooperation > Contract setting.
Added a quick-copy invitation link entry for pending users in Client list.
Optimized the Open API Postman Collection to improve integration and debugging efficiency.
Issue Fixes:
Fixed an issue on the Create shipment page where ZIP+4 input could cause the auto state/city lookup API to return an invalid ZIP error.
Fixed an issue where Rate type was missing in Shipment history export details.
Fixed an issue where the Last Invoiced Date was displayed incorrectly for multi-piece shipments in Shipment history export details.
Fixed an inconsistency between rating and shipment creation results when using ValidationOptions.
Fixed several copy/text display issues.
