To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on February 9, 2026.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
New Features & Enhancements:
Added a Oprerate Log to the Shipment Management detail page, recording key actions such as creation, printing, cancellation, and refunds for improved traceability.
Improved the markup configuration experience under Pricing Strategy, and added support for account-level Dim Divisor cost and official Minimum Charge values to enhance pricing accuracy and flexibility.
Optimized the shipment cancellation workflow in the API to prevent cases where successfully canceled shipments were not included in the refund list, improving overall consistency.
Issue Fixes:
Fixed an issue where exported data in Shipment History contained duplicate records, and where exporting after a search still returned all shipments.
Fixed an issue where package dimensions were displayed incorrectly in certain scenarios under Shipment Management.
Fixed an issue where billing details were missing for some bills under Invoice Detail.
Fixed an issue where FedEx Economy shipments could not be created in certain cases when using Create Shipment.
Fixed an issue where address validation failed under Address Validation.
