Dear Valued Customer,

To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on September 4, 2026.

This update includes the following feature optimizations and issue fixes:

• New Features & Enhancements：

  1. Added Billing records under Client, allowing administrators to view client invoice profit amounts and the associated Reconciliation No.

  2. Optimized rating and shipment creation performance to improve processing speed and stability.

  3. Transaction > Shipment now supports batch searches of up to 200 tracking numbers.

• Issue Fixes：

  1. Fixed an issue where Invoice detail exports did not include all records.

  2. Fixed issues in Invoices where Shipment Records could not be exported and some records were missing from Transaction exports.
