To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on May 20, 2026.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
New Features & Enhancements:
Added the Delivery Change feature in the Shipment module, allowing users to submit delivery change requests for eligible shipments.
Added Reconciliation settings under Automation > Credit Usage, allowing brands to configure reconciliation rules such as processing method, shipment scope, completion conditions, and invoice date range.
Issue Fixes:
Fixed an issue where the FedEx billing weight was displayed incorrectly in Shipment Details.
Fixed an issue where duplicate refund records appeared on the Transaction Records > Shipping page.
Fixed an issue where some data was missing when exporting Shipment History details.
