To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on January 27, 2026.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
New Features & Enhancements:
Added support for USPS shipment creation, enabling users to create USPS shipments directly within the system and expanding carrier options.
Enhanced the Shipment History details view by adding Client Invoice information for easier reference.
Optimized the FedEx shipment creation process by submitting requests directly to the carrier without unit conversion, ensuring greater consistency between rating and shipment creation.
Improved the export performance of Shipment History details, significantly reducing export time.
Issue Fixes:
Fixed an issue in API integration where certain requests returned errors in the Sandbox environment, improving overall testing stability.
