To further enhance system performance and user experience, Shipber completed a system update on August 28, 2026.

This update includes the following new features and enhancements:

• New Features & Enhancements:

1. Improved loading speeds on the Shipment history and Tracking pages for a faster browsing and query experience.

2. Added automatic retrieval of FedEx delivery change statuses on the Delivery change page.

3. Added the Enable Auto-Tracking Window option under Tracking updates, allowing the system to retry packages marked Subscription failed or Not subscribed within a specified number of days.

4. Added a reconciliation progress indicator to the Reconciliation list, making it easier to monitor processing status.
