To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on January 21, 2026.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
Feature Optimizations:
Added support for bulk searching by tracking number in Refund Management, improving refund lookup and processing efficiency.
Introduced custom tags in Invoice list and Reconciliation Management, allowing users to tag reconciliation records and filter them by label for easier management and quick access.
Added an associated account filter to Shipper address, making it easier to locate addresses in multi-account scenarios.
Enabled support for multiple accounts under Receivable Accounts, providing greater flexibility in fund management.
Issue Fixes:
Fixed an issue in API integration where certain requests returned errors in the Sandbox environment, improving overall testing stability.
