To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on January 16, 2026.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
Feature Optimizations:
Added support for Custom Views in both the Invoice list and Reconciliation , allowing users to save filtered conditions as separate pages for quick access on future visits.
Added PDF format support when downloading PODs under Shipment Management.
Optimized the POD generation logic under Shipment Management, allowing PODs to be downloaded as soon as the shipment tracking status indicates delivery.
Issue Fixes:
Fixed an issue in Shipment History where the Last Reconciled Date was incorrectly backfilled with the shipment creation time.
Fixed an issue where Rate sheets could not be generated for certain accounts.
Fixed an issue in Summary where data displayed under the “Last 12 Months” filter was inaccurate.
