To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on December 5, 2025.
This update includes the following issue fixes:

Fixed an issue where Address validation returned inaccurate results when entering a combination of postal code and subdivision.
Fixed an issue in Create Shipment where selected signature service details were not properly displayed during API-based shipment creation.
Fixed an error that occurred in certain scenarios when creating shipments in bulk under Batch create.
Fixed an issue where downloading Client invoice resulted in duplicate transaction records.
Fixed an issue in Tracking where FedEx duplicate tracking numbers caused package tracking details to be mismatched.
Fixed an issue in Tracking where the “Issue” field appeared empty in the tracking detail view.
