To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on November 20, 2025.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
Feature Optimizations:
Enhanced the Rate API by introducing the new
validateOptions / updatemechanism, enabling intelligent handling such as using validated address types and automatically switches between FedEx Ground and Home based on the address type's compatibilityImproved shipment tracking synchronization, ensuring tracking statuses stay more closely aligned with the carrier’s official website.
Updated shipment tracking event timestamps to display the original time and time zone returned directly by the carrier.
Issue Fixes:
Resolved an issue in Create Shipment where certain FedEx services could not be created when the shipment weight was below 1 lb.
Corrected a display issue in Log Entry, where fee amounts were not properly converted to positive or negative values based on “Charge / Refund” selections after submission.
