To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on November 13, 2025.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
Feature Optimizations:
Added a new “Location” column under Account list and My contract, with support for filtering to view accounts associated with a specific address.
Added a new “Type” field to the Credit usage page, expanded available filters (Time, Type, Description), and added an export feature for improved data management.
Fully optimized the shipping label download experience for users in Mainland China, greatly enhancing overall stability and download reliability.
Issue Fixes:
Fixed an issue in Billing Center - Summary where dates were displayed incorrectly when viewing data for the “Last 12 weeks” and “Last 30 days.”
Improved the stability of certain configuration settings under Account list, resolving scenarios where changes did not take effect as expected.
