Dear Valued Customer,

To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on November 3, 2025.

This update focuses on optimizing FedEx Demand Surcharge–related configurations within the Client list module when creating client contracts. Related surcharge items have been refined and separated as follows:

1. Demand Surcharge – Basic has been separated to enable more granular management across related services, including Ground, Express, and Ground Economy.

2. Demand Surcharge – Residential Delivery has been divided based on Peaking Factors for more accurate rate calculation.

3. The surcharge name Demand – Residential Delivery Charge has been renamed to Demand Surcharge.

4. The rate sheet has been updated accordingly to reflect the above adjustments.
