To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on October 30, 2025.

This update includes the following issue fixes:

Issue Fixes:

1. Fixed a rating issue that occurred when creating shipments with a large number of packages under Batch create.

2. Enhanced real-time shipment statistics accuracy under Summary.

3. Fixed a rating issue related to the Delivery Area Surcharge – Remote during shipment creation.

4. Fixed an issue where the Rate Weight Method field was empty when exporting shipment details under Shipment history.

5. Adjusted data calculations in the Reconciliation menu to ensure results align with the selected filters.

6. Improved API validation to ensure rating is only allowed when the Shipper ID matches the account.
