To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on October 24, 2025.
This update includes the following feature optimization:
Feature Optimizations:
Added a new “Reference No.” field when creating a new ticket in the Log Entry menu, with support for searching by this reference number.
Added a new adjustment reason “Shipped after canceled” available as a new filter option under Reason in the Shipment History menu.
