To further enhance system stability and user experience, the Shipber system completed a maintenance update on October 23, 2025.
This update includes the following feature optimization and issue fixes:
Feature Optimization:
Added a new “Changed denied” option under Shipment Tracking → Issue Selection.
Issue Fixes:
Fixed an issue where UPS adjustment details were incomplete when exporting Transaction Records.
Fixed a display error in Subscription Overview where reconciliation credits balance was shown incorrectly.
Fixed an issue that caused reconciliation failures for certain historical parcels.
