This page applies to all Adber cloud Services. We store and process Customer Data in the United States on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We do not maintain data-at-rest outside the United States. Authorized personnel may access the U.S.-hosted environment from other countries to operate and support the Services; such access does not change the storage location and remains subject to the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and our Security Measures.
Where your data lives
- Primary hosting & compute. Customer Data is hosted and processed in U.S. AWS regions across multiple availability zones for resilience and performance.
- Backups. Backups are stored in U.S. AWS as part of our continuity and disaster-recovery program. Backups are logically separated from production and are not used for analytics or product features.
- We do not offer non-U.S. data residency at this time. If regional residency options become available for eligible plans, we will update this page and the applicable ordering documents.
Cross-border access vs. storage
- Storage location. Customer Data is stored in the United States.
- Operational access. To provide support, reliability, and security operations, authorized personnel may remotely access the U.S.-hosted environment from outside the U.S. Such access (a) is role-based and logged, (b) is protected by the technical and organizational measures described in our Security Measures, and (c) is subject to the transfer mechanisms and Region-Specific Terms in the DPA (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum).
- Customer content flows. Data transmitted by customers or integrated systems to our U.S. endpoints may traverse networks outside the United States but is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.
Changes to this page
We may update this page to reflect architecture or provider changes. Contractual obligations (including transfer safeguards) remain governed by the DPA.
