Shared Shipping Services
This function allows one brand shared their integrated shipping services with another brand, with customized markup rates or advanced settings including surcharges. We will show you how to share shipping services with another brand and how the brand of service users activated the shared services.

Notes: Only the Administrator or owner of the Brand of Service Users (Brand being shared) can add shared services to the brand. The administrator or owner of the brand (Being shared) must be registered as a client in the Brand of the shipping service owner. *If the service provider does not grant permission to their client to share the service, their client is unable to share the contract to their client in their brand |
How do administrators share shipping services with another brand?
Before sharing the shipping service, please read the below articles to create a shipping contract for the client.
Once a shipping contract is created for the client, please follow the below steps:
Brand of the Service Provider
Search Path: Carrier Rate Group/Contract Setup - Shipping Contract - Share Toggle
Go to Shipping Contract and turn on the share toggle
Notes: Once it is turned on, the services will be available to be added to your partner brand
Please provide a contract ID to your shared brand
Brand of the Service users
Search Path: Carrier Setup - Contract Number - Add - Contract
Go to Carrier Setup and click Contract Number
(Contract Numbers are the services that are shared by the service provider)
Click "Add"
Click Contract
Find the brand and the contract number provided by the service provider
Select the contract and click Confirm
(Select the contract number that matches the number provided by your service provider）
Service Added
The service is now ready to use in the brand and able to assign shared services to their clients.
