To enable the "Get Rate" function for the client to get started on shipment operation, the administrator can follow the above steps to set up the Shipping Contract, you will learn how to set up the markup rate of surcharge in this section. *Advanced Setup must be activated to setup surcharge |

Administrator users can set up the surcharge of the shipping services by following the below steps
Search Path: Setting - Management - Client Setup - Contract Setup - Surcharge
Click "Surcharge"
Select the following highlighted field if needed (Please see the below notes)
Notes:
If "Set maximum rate to published price" is selected, the rate with mark up rate will not be higher than the published price from the carrier.
Click the following surcharge option to set up if needed
Input the surcharge with markup rate (please see the below markup rate description)
Markup Rate Description:
