Generate Return Label

Video Tutorial:

In some situation, such as clients request return, users can generate a return label by following the below instructions.

Available Functions:

• Create Return Label

Create Return Label

Method 1: Shipment Page

Search Path: Shipments - Create Shipment/Shipment History - Status Tab

The return operation can be completed under the "Create Shipment" and "Shipment History" tab

(Please see the below notes)

Notes

• Return Operation can be completed under these three status tabs:
  • All
  • Ready to Create
  • Ready to Print
  • Printed 

Click the tab where the shipment is located at

Click the shipment number (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

Return Label can only be generated in a single shipment at a time 

Or search the shipment by using the search fields

Under the "Tracking information" section, select the package(s) that the return label(s) needs to be generated with,  and select "Create Return"

Fill in the info, select the shipping operations, and click "Create Return" (Please read the below Notes)

Notes:

Return Info:

• Account
  • Select the Available Carrier Account
• Service
  • Select the Available Carrier Service
• Size
  • Enter the Return Package Size and Weight
• Package Type
  • Select Package Type
• Confirmation
  • Select the Signature Confirmation options if necessary
• Ship-To
  • Select an Available Ship-To Location

Information Verification:

• Package Count
  • Make Sure the Package Count is the Same as Selected
  • 
• Package Total Weight
  • Make Sure the Package Total Weight is Same as Selected
  • 

The system will notify if the return label is successfully generated. Click "Return" (Please see the below notes)

Method 2: Rate Calculator (Return Services)

Search Path: Shipment - Rate Calculator - Return Services

Select "Return Services" when creating label (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

Please follow the section "Print Return Label" to print the return labels

Return Page

Search Path: Shipment - Return

Print Return Label

Click "Return"

View return information

Click the "Print" icon to print the return label

Cancel Return Label

Click the "Void" icon

Click "Confirm"

Filter

Use the drop-down menu to select the filter criteria

Use the "Filter" button to view and apply more filter criteria

Click "Confirm" to apply the selected filter(s)

Views

Click the "Column" button

Select or unselect column boxes to enable or disable the columns, click "Save to View" to save

Data Export

Select the "Export" icon

Search Returns

Enter the available search number in the search field (Please read the below Notes)

• Customer Order No
• Tracking No
