Invite New User
Video Tutorial:
New users can sign up by admin's invitation-only, admin users can follow the instruction in this article to invite a new member or client to their domain. The administrator can invite users by following the below steps
Before inviting new users, the admin user can set up their email address, for a detailed explanation, please read the article "Email Setup".
Add User by Role
Clients
Search Path: Setting - Management - Client Setup - Invite
Click "Client Setup"
Click "Invite"
Fill in the below information (Please see the below notes)
Field Explanation:
- Sender
- Select the sender, the sender can be set up on the "Email Setup" page
Please review the article "Email Setup" for the detailed explanation
- Select the sender, the sender can be set up on the "Email Setup" page
- Recipient
- Input the email of the clients; input up to 50 emails for the invitation
Click "Confirm" to send the invitation email
A success notification will pop up if the invitation has been sent
Once the client received the email, click "Register Now" to sign up
Internal Members
Search Path: Setting - Management - Organization - Invite
Click "Organization"
Click "Invite"
Fill in the below information (Please see the below field explanation)
Field Explanation:
- Sender
- Select the sender, the sender can be set up on the "Email Setup" page

- Select the sender, the sender can be set up on the "Email Setup" page
- Recipient
- Input the recipient email
- Role
- As Member
- The recipient will sign up as an Internal member
- As Admin
- The recipient will sign up as an Administrator user
- As Member
Click "Confirm" to send the invitation email
A success notification will pop up if the invitation has been sent
Once the user received the email, click "Register" to sign up
