This page allows the user to create and manage the products

Add Products

Manually 

Search Path: Product - Product - Add 

Click "Product"

 

Click the “Add" icon

 

Select the below options (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

• This product has variations like size, color, Memory Capacity or material  
  • Select this option if this applies to the product
  • Please follow "Variant Product" instruction to fill in the section
• This is a bundled product 
  • Select this option if this product is combined with different items
  • Please follow "Bundle Product" instructions to fill in the section
• The above Options do not apply
  • Please follow "Common Product" instruction to fill in the section

 

Common Product 

Fill in the Information (Please see the below field explanation)

Field Explanation:

Information

• *SKU  
  • Product SKU
  • SKU must be identical
• *Name 
  • Product Name
• Category 
  • Select the category that belongs to 
  • Please see "Category" to add a new category 
• Tag 
  • Click  to add an existing tag or create a new tag
  • Ex: New, Cloth, Used, etc
• Description 
  • Input the product description
• Size（ in/cm ）
  • Click "in" to select unit; inch and cm available 
• Weight (Ib/oz & kg/g)
  • Click "Ib/oz" to select unit; pounds/oz  & kg/g available 
• Media 
  • Click the “Add” button to upload product image
• Detail
  • Input the detail of the product 

 

Variant Products 

Fill in the below information (Please see the below field explanation)

Field Explanation: （For other common fields explanation, please click "Information")

Special Information Fields

• SPU 
  • Input the SPU for variant product
• Variants
  • Input the variant attribute and options
  • Input the SKU for the variant attributes
  • Click the "Edit" icon to change the size and weight for a different sizes or add an image
  • Click "Confirm" to save

 

Select the below options 

 

Click "Customs" to create customs declarations for international shipments

 

Click "Save Product" to add products

Import

Search Path: Product - Product - Import - Import

Click "Import"

 

Click "Sample Template" to download the template 

 

Open the template and follow the "Completion Instruction" to fill in the template

 

Click "Add File" and select the template or drop the file in the area

 

Click "Confirm" to upload

Bundle Products 

Two ways to add bundle product:

• Add Product
• Click "Bundle"

 

Add Product 

Search Path: Product - Product - Add - Options

Select "This is a bundled product"

 

Fill in the below information (Please see the below fields explanation)

Fields Explanation: (For other common fields, please review the section "Information")

• Bundle Product
  • Enter the existing product SKU in the search field
  • Input the quantity

 

Click "Store Alias" 

 

Fill in the store alias (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

• The store can be set up under "Store Management"
• Listing SKU can be set up under "Listing"
• Store Alias can be set up under "Store Alias"

 

Click "Package" and fill in the below information 

 

Click "Barcode" and search the listing SKU for barcode (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

Listing SKU can be set up under "List"

 

Click "Save Product" to create a bundle product

 

Click "Bundle"

Search Path: Product - Product -  - Bundle 

Select the products to bind together and click "Bundle"

 

Input the SKU, Name, and Quantity for each item and click "Confirm"

 

Click the SKU of the bundle product to complete the process (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

The rest of the process is the same as "Add Product", click "Add Product" to review the rest of the instruction

Activate/Deactivate Products

Two ways to activate or deactivate the products:

• Active/Deactive Button
• Status Toggle

Active/Deactive Button

Search Path: Product - Product -    - Active/Deactive

Select the products

 

Click "Active" to activate the products or click "Deactive" to deactivate the products

 

Status Toggle

Search Path: Product - Product - Toggle 

Turn the Blue toggle to Grey to deactivate the product

 

Turn Grey toggle to Blue to activate the product

Search Products

Search Path: Product - Product - [Search Field]

Input the name or SKU in the search field and press "Enter" to search

Apply Filters

Search Path: Product - Product - Filters

Select filters from the below options

Available Filters:

• Status
  • Select "Active" or "Deactive"

• Type
  • Select the product types

Arrange Categories

Search Path: Product - Product - Eye Icon

Click the "Eye" icon

 

Select to show the categories or deselect to remove the categories view 

 

Click "Save View" to save the selected categories or click "Default" to restore the display setting
