Video Tutorial
Functions Under the Recipient Address Management Page:
View Existing Address
Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Recipient Address
Click “Recipient Address”
Review the existing recipient address
Create Recipient Address
Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Recipient Address - Add
Click “Add”
Fill in the following required information and click "Confirm" when you are done. (Please see the below notes)
Notes:
Recipient Information
- Nick Name
- Short name or code for this location
- This is My Default Address
- Check if apply
- Company or Name
- The ship-to address company name or recipient name
- Attention
- Recipient Name
Recipient Address
- Residential
- Check if this location is residential
- Commercial
- Check if this location is commercial
- Address
- Country
- Zip
- State
- City
- Phone#
- Validate
- The system will automatically validate the recipient's address. Select "Validate" or "Use this address" to use the suggested address.
- The selected suggested address will be updated to the existing address as well
- The system will automatically validate the recipient's address. Select "Validate" or "Use this address" to use the suggested address.
Edit Address
Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Recipient Address - Edit
Click the "Edit" icon
Change the information and click "Confirm" to save
Activate/Deactivate
Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Recipient Address - Toggle
To activate or deactivate an address, click the "toggle" button (Please see the below notes)
Notes:
- Deactivate | Green Toggle → Grey Toggle
- Activate | Grey Toggle → Green Toggle
Delete
Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Recipient Address - Delete
Click the "Delete" icon
Select "Confirm"
Export
Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Recipient Address - Export
Click the "Export" icon
Search
Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Recipient Address - 【Search Field】
Input the nickname or address in the search field to search
