Get Rates

Video Tutorial:

This function allows users to get quoted rates from assigned carriers. Once the rates are viewed, users are able to select quoted rates to create shipments.

Currently Available:

• Adding Accessories
  • Delivery
  • Signature
  • Adult Signature
• Package Type Selection
• Adding Insurance
• Select Transit Time

Functions Under the Get Rates Tool:

• Get Rates

  • Shipment information

  • View the Rate Quotes

Get Rates

Search Path: Calculator 

Click the "Calculator" icon

Select and fill in the information (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

Shipment information (The astroid * marks are the required field)

• Ship From
  • Select from the drop-down menu: 
  • Can be maintained under "Warehouse Address Management "
• Ship To
  • Enter ship to Zip Code
  • Can be maintained under "Recipient Address Management "
• Transit Time
  • Select transit time
•  Pickup Date
  • Select shipment pickup date
• Address Type
  • Select address type
  • Auto validation is available under "Create Shipment"
• Confirmation
  • Select the services
  • Review the Article: Description of Delivery Confirmation
• Package Type
  • Select the proper package type:
    • This selection contains both carrier and non-carrier-specific package types
• Package Information
  • Unit of Measurement (UOM)
    • Use the dropdown menu to change the UOM between "LBS and IN" and "KG and CM"
  • Length
  • Height
  • Width
  • Weight
• Insurance
  • Enter the merchandise value if this service is needed
• Add More Package
  
  • Click “Add more package" under this rate quote request

Click "Add Package"

Input the additional package info and select "Confirm"

Click "Get Rates"

View the Rate Quotes

Search Path: Calculator - Get Rates 

Click "Get Rates"

Rates will be shown at the bottom of the page

If there is more than one carrier option, click the carrier's name tag to view the rates

We can click on the categories: "Days" and "Rate" to rearrange the orders of the rate

Click the "receipt" button of the quoted rate to review the shipping rate 

Review the shipping rate

Click "Create Label" to reach the next step (Please review the below notes)
