Status Tab Explanation

Search Path: Shipments - Tracking - Status Tab

This page allows users to track the shipments' real-time status. The shipments' status is divided into the following types:

1. All - All Status 

2. In Transit - The shipments that are in transit and not delivered 

3. Label created - The shipments are created but not shipped 

4. Out for Delivery - The shipments are shipped and out for delivery 

5. Delivered - The shipments are delivered to the destination 

6. Exception - The shipments are either canceled or experienced unexpected events 

7.  Voided - The shipments that are voided

Function

Search Shipments

Search Path: Shipments - Tracking - [Search Field]

Input the Tracking Number in the search field  (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

The user can input the shipment number, reference number, or customer order number to search

Review the searched results

Apply Filters

Users can apply filters to minimize the shipments search

Search Path: Shipments - Tracking - Filters

Click "Filters" to select filter options

Arrange Categories

Search Path: Shipments - Tracking - Eye Icon

Click the "Eye" icon 

Select the display option; check the box to show the categories or uncheck the box to hide categories, and click "Save to View"

Export Tracking Info 

• Manually Input Trackings
• Select the desired row 

Manually Input Trackings

Search Path: Shipments - Tracking - Export 

Click the "Export" icon

Click "Confirm" 

Input the Tracking Number and click "Confirm"

Open the exported file

Select the desired row 

Search Path: Shipments - Tracking - Select Row - Export

Select the desired shipments and click "Export"

Click the "Highlighted" option and click "Confirm"

Open the exported file
