Submit Deposit Request
Video Tutorial:
This function allows users to notify the Admin and accounting personnel that the transaction of the funding has been made, and the remittance receipt has been submitted.
This function serves as the primary funding source.
Functions Under the Payment Function Page:

Review Available Balance and Payment History
Search Path:Finance - Payment
Click the "Credit Card" icon
Click "Payment"
On the "Payment" main page, we can view the available amount on the top left corner and the status of the deposit request, the requests divided into the status tabs
Notes:
Available Balance
- The funding that has been remitted and confirmed receiving
Loan
- The credit amount that has been approved to the user
Status Tab
- This is a sort function that helps users to sort and view the payment history with selected payment status
Payment Status
- All
- All Requests are shown under this index
- Pending
- Payment/Remittance is under the review
- Success
- Payment/Remittance has been reviewed and approved
- Denied
- Payment/Remittance has been denied
- Adjusted
- Payment/Remittance has been reviewed and approved, but the Payment/Remittance amount has been adjusted by the accounting personnel
Submit Remittance Receipt (Deposit)
Search Path:Credit Card Icon - Payment - Deposit
Wire
Click "Deposit"
Fill in the information (Please review the below notes)
Notes:
Payment Method
- Submit Amount
- Amount remitted
Remitting Information
- Remitter
- Remitter's name / Account holder's name
- Remitter Bank
- Remitter's bank name
- Account#
- Remitter's bank account#
- Wire Confirmation#
- The wire confirmation number of this remittance
- Remitting Date
- The date on which this remittance occurs
- Memo
- Additional information
- Upload Document
- The proof of remittance/wire transfer confirmation
- Save as default remitting information
- Check this box to set this wiring method as the default
Click the "Click" and select a copy of the remittance receipt/confirmation
Once the upload is completed, click "Submit"
Once the request is submitted, the status can be reviewed on the payment history page
Check
Select "Check"
Input check amount and upload a copy of the front and back of the check
Once the upload is completed, click "Submit"
Once the request is submitted, the status can be reviewed on the payment history page
Review Payment Detail
Search Path:Credit Card Icon - Payment - Order#
Click the order number under the category: "Order #"
Review the deposit detail
Click Log to review the log history
Click the "Receipt" icon to obtain the transaction number and review the memo
Search Payment
Search Path:Credit Card Icon - Payment - [Search Field]
Input the criteria (Please see the below notes)

System supports using username, email, and order number to search

Click the "Export" icon to export the payment data
