Inventory Management

This allows users to manage the inventory and add new inventory

 Index:

• Add Inventory 
  • Single Add
  • Batch Import
• Batch Update
• Arrange Categories

Add Inventory 

Single Add

Search Path: Warehouse - Inventory - Add

Click "Add"

Input the information (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

• SKU 
  • Input the product SKU
  • Product SKU can be reviewed on the "Product" page
• Name
  • Once selected the SKU, the name will auto-filled 

Click "Add Inventory Info" (Please see the below note)

Note:

You can add multiple warehouses to this inventory 

Select Warehouse Info from the dropdown list (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

• Warehouse 
  • The warehouse can be created on the "Warehouse Address Management"
• Location Name
  • Location can be created on the "Location Management"
• On Hold
  • Input the available inventory in this warehouse

Click "Confirm" to add

Review the new inventory

Batch Import

Search Path: Warehouse - Inventory - Import - Import

Click "Import"

Click "Sample Template" to download the template

Open the template and read the "Completion Instruction"

Fill in the information

Click "Import"

Click "Add File"

Click "Confirm" to upload

Batch Update

Search Path: Warehouse - Inventory - Import - Update

Click "Update" 

Upload the previous template with modified information

Click "Confirm" to update

Arrange Categories

Search Path: Warehouse - Inventory - Eye icon

Click the "Eye" icon

Check to show the category display or uncheck to hide the category
