Outbound | Order Routing Automation
Users can create rules to perform tasks and manage the existing rules
Users can setup the rules by using the default rule for all stores or setup a new rule for selected store
Default Rule
Users can set up the warehouse priority and enable this rule to apply to all stores under this account.
Search Path: Setting - Automation - Order Routing - 1st Default Rules - Edit
Click the "Edit" button of the default rule
Click on the rule setting to setup the automation (Please see the below notes)
Description:
Rule Setting
- Zone - The priority level is based on the zone; the smaller it is, the higher priority it gets
- Stock Level - The priority level is based on the inventory level
- Warehouse Priority - Set the priority level of the warehouse, the first level has the highest priority level
For Example:
2SFS> 9ONT> 1LND
These rules can apply to all connected stores or specific store
Activate the Rule
Click "Confirm" to save
Create New Rule
For a single store or multiple stores to have the same order routing setup, users can create a new rule for the selected store
Please note the priority of the "New Rule"(Created by the user for the selected store) is higher than the system default rule. For example: if a store is assigned with a designated warehouse, it will only follow the designated warehouse and its priority and the default warehouse rules will not affect it.
