View Carriers' Information

Search Path: Settings - Integration - Carrier Setup

Click the "Setting" 

Click “Carrier Setup"

Review the Account Number or Contract Number

Notes:

Displayed Categories

• Shipper Number
  • Carrier Code
• Nick Name
  • Carrier Nick Name
• Support Services
  • Services Included
• Connection Status 
  • Connection Status
• Active 
  • Deactivate or activate the carrier service
• Action
  
  • Edit/Test the carrier

Users can utilize the search tool to search

Apply Filters

Select from the available options (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

Available Filter Options:

• Carrier
• Connection Status
• Status

Add Carriers

• Add Carriers
• Import Carrier Accounts from your Admin User

Add Carriers

Search Path: Settings - Integration - Carrier Setup - Add

Select a carrier account

Input the Carrier information and click "Confirm" to add 

Import Shared Carrier Accounts from your Admin User

Search Path: Settings - Integration - Carrier Setup - Add

Click "Add"

Click the "User" icon:

Select the Brand

Select "Contract Number" and click "Confirm"

Edit Carriers

Search Path: Settings - Integration - Carrier Setup - Edit

Select the "Edit" button

Edit or Delete the selected carrier

Back to Top

Activate / Deactivate Carriers

Search Path: Settings - Integration - Carrier Setup - Toggle button

Carrier Services can be deactivated by switching the toggle button (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

Toggle Status

• Activate
  • Turn the Grey Toggle to Green Toggle 
• Deactivate
  • Turn the Green Toggle to Grey Toggle

Enable / Disable Services

Search Path: Settings - Integration - Carrier Setup - Digits

Click the "Digits" of the service 

Check the box to enable the services or uncheck the box to disable the services

Click "Save to save the selected options

Test Carriers

Search Path: Setting - Integration - Carrier Setup - Test

Select the "Test" button to test the carrier

Carrier is ready to use
