Download Proof of Delivery

This function allows users to download the Proof of Delivery (POD), the system supports bulk POD downloads and single POD downloads. Please note that the POD is available only when the tracking status shows "Delivered".

Search Shipments 

Search Path: Shipments  - Shipment History - Printed - Search - Download POD

Click the "Shipment History" page, and select "Printed"

Input your shipment information in the search field or search the shipment directly on the page (Please see the below notes)

Note:

The system supports using shipment number, tracking number, reference number, or customer order number to search 

Select single or multiple shipments and click "Download POD"

A message will pop up, you can select confirm to minimize the tab or stay on this page

Once the task is completed, you will reach the following page

POD that is available

And the shipments with POD are not available (Please see below notes)

Notes:

The shipments that are not delivered will show POD is not available, any questions related to the package's tracking status, please contact your Admin.

POD Download

The system supports downloading the POD one by one and downloading all the POD at once

Single POD Download 

Search Path: Shipments  - Create Shipment - Printed - Search - Download POD - Export 

Click the “Export” icon for the shipment that needs to download POD

The POD is exported as a PDF

Bulk POD Download

Search Path: Shipments  - Create Shipment - Printed - Search - Download POD - Download All 

Scroll down the page and select "Download All"

 All POD will be exported as PDF documents

Preview All PDF

Search Path: Shipments  - Create Shipment - Printed - Search - Download POD - Preview All

Select "Preview All"

Review All POD

Check Tracking Status 

Search Path: Shipments  - Create Shipment - Printed - Shipment No(Blue)

Click on the shipment number 

Click the tracking number highlighted in Blue

Once you clicked, a window with tracking information will pop up
