Shipping | Warehouse Address Management

Video Tutorial:

If the user's permission of creating a warehouse address is permitted by the Admin, the users can add their own warehouse addresses in the system. Please contact your Admin for permission.

However, the warehouse address function should be assigned by the Admin before releasing the account to the clients; therefore, when the accounts are released to clients, they should be expecting whether if they need access to this function or not.

Functions Under the Warehouse Address Management Page:

• Create
  • Warehouse Information
• Edit
• Delete
• Export
• Search
• Import (Coming soon)

View Warehouse Address

Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Warehouse Address

Click "Shipping" and click "Warehouse Address"

Review the existing warehouse addresses (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

The external warehouse is the warehouse in the connected warehouse management system

Create Warehouse Address

(If an error occurs during the creation process due to the lack of user permission, please contact your admin for adding user permission)

Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Warehouse Address - Add

Click "Add"

Fill in the following information and click "Confirm" to add an address (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

Warehouse Information

• Name
  • Short name or code for this location
• Same as Ship-From Address 
  • Check if the return address same as the warehouse address 
• This is My Default Address
  • Check if apply

Required Information 

• Name
  • Warehouse Short Name 
• This is My Default Address
  • Check if apply
• Company or Name 
  • Short Name 
• Address
  • Residential/Commercial
    • Select this field based on the address, we can also click "Validate" and click "Use this address" to auto-select
• Country
• Zip Code
• State
• City
• Telephone

Edit

Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Warehouse Address - Edit

Click the "Edit" icon

Modify the information and click  "Confirm"

Delete

Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Warehouse Address - Delete

Click the "Delete" icon

Click "Confirm" to delete the warehouse address

Export

Search Path: Settings - Shipping - Warehouse Address - Export 

Click the "Export" icon to export all the Warehouse Address

Input the nickname or address in the search bar and press enter to search
