Users can set up workflow automation when performing tasks with Order Operation. Users can manage their existing rules.

Search Path: Setting - Automation - Workflow

Review the system default rules

Available Automation Rules:

• Automate Generate - If the order's shipping information is completed (size, weight, services, package), automatically create the shipping label.
• Shipped Condition 1 - Updated the order status to【Shipped】after the shipping label is printed.
• Shipped Condition 2 - Updated the order status to【Shipped】after the shipping label is created.

Activate/Deactivate Workflow Rules

Search Path: Setting - Automation - Workflow - Active Toggle

Click the toggle to activate or deactivate the rules (Please see the below notes)

Notes:

• Turn the Green Toggle to Grey to deactivate the rules
• Turn the Grey Toggle to Green to activate the rules
