The status "Exception" appears when one of the below two events occur:
- When the routing record of the tracking number manifested after the refund request is submitted and approved
- (When the tracking# is used after the refund request is submitted and approved)
- When the routing record of the tracking number manifested during the refund-countdown period
- (When the tracking# is used after the refund request is submitted and before it is approved)
Please contact your administrator if your refund request status is marked as "Exception"
