Why can't I cancel the shipment?

The availability of the shipping label cancelation is depending on whether the shipment is picked up or not. which this means:

• A shipping label is available to be canceled:
  • If the shipping label is created but not yet picked up by the carrier
• A shipping label is NOT available to be canceled:
  • If the shipping label is created and picked up by the carrier

If you happen to be unable to cancel a shipping label, you can use the "Refund" function to request a refund for the shipping label. Please review the below article:
