Cause(s):
- For Shared Carrier Accounts and Self-Created Carrier Accounts:
- The carrier account holder has either:
- activated the ship-from address binding on the account, which the ship-from address is mismatched with the user-intend-to-use ship-from address, or
- Entered the incorrect carrier account API information when setting the carrier account connection up.
- The carrier account holder has either:

- Please contact your administrator and provide a full window screenshot of the page that shows the error message
For Admin User:
- For Shared Carrier Accounts:
- Please contact your carrier account holder to ensure that if there is an address bound under this carrier account and if so, if they are a match. If they are mismatched, please ask your carrier account holder to authorize the use of the "user-intend-to-use ship-from address"
- For Self-Created Carrier Accounts:
- Please review if the shared carrier account is bound with a ship-from address and if so, if the ship-from address under the "Carrier Setup" page is a match with the ship-from address in the shipping contract entry for this carrier on the "Shipping Contract" page
