When will the refund amount for a canceled shipment back to my available balance?

The refund amount will be manifested in the system after the criteria in the "Days-Countdown" is met. The "Days-Countdown" is a setting that is set up by the Client Admin, in which a refund has to wait for the set-up days before the amount is manifested back in the available balance. Please contact your Admin for more details.

Days-Countdown: 30

Refund Request Date: 03/01/2021

Refund Manifest Date: 03/31/2021
