The "Days-Countdown" is a setting that is set up by the Client Admin, in which a refund has to wait for the preset days before the amount is manifested back in the available balance. Please contact your Admin for more details.

The "Days-Countdown" is a setting that allows the Client Admin to make sure a shipment is canceled properly before a refund can be issued back to its users.
